Now we have finally made a new release of Lazy8 Ledger. The only major thing prior-users will notice is the account summary report has the incomming and outgoing values shown for each account.
But the major new thing with this release is that it is now compatible with OpenJDK. Before Lazy8 Ledger was only compatible with Sun-Java but now it will work with OpenJDK which is the standard Java in Linux distributions. See the details of the release here.
We have been using Lazy8Ledger a few years now. One of our project computers had a breakdown and now I have loaded the last version 2.24. But
I cannot get into use. Where is the user window for entering transactions? On first start it did not go through the initiating stages.
Not asking Company, Accounts, Accountant only etc.
Cannot find Transaction, Reports, Company, Accounts etc in the Utilities/Global options/Docking!!!!!
Is this a programmers version only????
Pls answer soonest – have been struggling for a week now and I need to get the books done!!!
